Lift Business Resources is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our remote team. This role requires a strong background in both nonprofit and corporate bookkeeping, along with advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online.

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple client accounts independently while providing accurate, timely, and professional support.

Competenze

• Experience in nonprofit and corporate bookkeeping.
• Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients independently.

Mansioni

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping for nonprofit and corporate clients.
• Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, accounts payable/receivable.
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and reports.
• Support budgeting and month-end close.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies to ensure accurate records.
• Communicate with clients and coordinate with accounting professionals.
