Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Experience supporting multiple business entities or small business clients preferred.
• Proficient with QBO and QBD; strong Excel skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage financial records using QBO and QBD.
• Process payroll accurately and timely, including payroll tax returns.
• Prepare and post journal entries and reconcile bank accounts.
• Prepare internal financial statements and management reports.
