Spektra Systems LLC is seeking an experienced bookkeeper to manage day-to-day accounting, invoicing, reconciliations, and payroll. The position supports financial accuracy and requires strong Excel skills and knowledge of PF, GST, and TDS filings.

This role is remote, with potential to transition to onsite in the future, and involves collaboration with stakeholders across functions to monitor budgets and drive financial accuracy.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping and accounting.
• Experience filing PF, GST, and TDS returns.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain an accurate record of financial transactions and the general ledger.
• Reconcile entries in the accounting system and monitor variances from budget.
• Prepare and send invoices; reconcile payments and map payments to correct categories.
• Track expenses, process payroll, and ensure correct categorization for all payments.
• Analyze spends vs revenue and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues.
