Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and maintenance of financial records.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoice processing and payment tracking.
• Conduct regular reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Assist with month-end closing activities and reporting.
• Prepare routine financial reports and supporting schedules for review by the finance team and management.
• Maintain accurate general ledger records and audit trails.
