Job summary
Outsourcing Staffing Advantage is a boutique BPO firm seeking detail-oriented Bookkeepers & Accounting Assistants to join our talent pool for remote support to U.S.-based clients. You’ll handle day-to-day financial operations, maintain records, reconcile accounts, and assist with reporting to ensure data integrity and policy compliance.
Ideal candidates have 2+ years in bookkeeping/accounting, experience with QuickBooks Online/Desktop and Xero, and strong Excel/Sheets skills.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
- Proficiency with QuickBooks Online/Desktop and Xero.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills with data analysis.
- Experience with U.S. GAAP and payroll platforms.
Responsibilities
- Record and reconcile financial transactions in accounting software.
- Reconcile bank, credit card, and GL accounts.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable and issue invoices.
- Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.
- Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end close.
- Maintain organized financial records and supporting documentation.
