Job summary

Travelwithsan is seeking an organized, service‑focused Booking Coordination Representative to assist clients with researching options, coordinating reservations, and managing booking details in a remote environment.

In this 100% remote role, you will communicate with clients, research accommodations, transportation, and activities, and provide confirmations, updates, and support throughout the reservation process. Structured onboarding and ongoing professional development are provided.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Customer-focused and professional.
• Comfortable conducting online research.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities.
• Comfortable using email and web-based platforms.
• Strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
• Previous customer service, reservations, hospitality, or coordination experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients regarding booking needs and preferences.
• Research accommodations, transportation, activities, and related services.
• Assist with coordinating reservations and confirmations.
• Review booking information for accuracy and completeness.
• Provide clients with confirmations, updates, and important details.
• Assist with changes, adjustments, and special requests.
• Maintain accurate client and booking records.
• Follow up on pending requests and required information.
