Job summary

Travelwithsan is seeking an organized and service-focused Booking Coordination Representative to assist clients with researching options, coordinating reservations, and managing booking-related details in a remote environment.

You will communicate with clients, research accommodations, transportation, activities, and related services, coordinate reservations, review information for accuracy, and provide confirmations and updates throughout the reservation process.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.

• Comfortable conducting online research.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities.
• Comfortable using email and web-based platforms.
• Strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities
