Cselitegetaways is seeking an organized Booking Coordination Specialist to assist clients with researching options, coordinating arrangements, and managing booking details from initial request through confirmation. Fully remote position.

The ideal candidate is comfortable researching information, communicating with clients, and handling multiple requests with a high level of accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to understand their requests and preferences
• Research accommodations, transportation, activities, and related services
• Coordinate booking and reservation details
• Review availability and relevant options
• Verify names, dates, and other important information for accuracy
• Provide clients with confirmations and updates
• Assist with modifications and special requests
• Maintain accurate booking records and documentation
• Follow up on outstanding information and upcoming arrangements
• Communicate with service providers as necessary
