Job summary

JLL is seeking a BMS/OT Technology Support Specialist (P4) to provide hands-on technical expertise for building technology operations across client accounts in the US. The role covers BMS assets from supervisory controllers to compute infrastructure, acting as the primary technical executor for the building technology program.

The position, remote with US locations, reports to the Head of Smart Building Services, Americas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in IT/technical field.
• 5+ years hands-on BMS experience with Niagara Framework.
• Experience with OT security concepts and certificate management.

Responsibilities

• Identify vulnerabilities in BMS/OT assets and plan remediation.
• Test software in development environments and validate baselines.
• Perform patching across BMS devices, HVAC controllers, and related apps.
• Manage certificates for BMS devices and OT infrastructure.
• Support OT product onboarding end-to-end and vendor coordination.
• Troubleshoot and restore BMS systems and monitor servers.
