Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a BMS - Operations and Maintenance Analyst to oversee the Building Management System across multiple sites. You will monitor HVAC, lighting, and energy management in real time, troubleshoot issues, and ensure systems run efficiently within set parameters.

You will perform diagnostics, analyze data trends, respond to alarms, generate reports, and help drive safety and compliance. This role requires hands-on monitoring, rapid problem solving, and collaboration with site

Qualifications

• Experience operating Building Management Systems (BMS).
• Ability to perform diagnostics and troubleshoot alarms.
• Knowledge of energy management systems and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate BMS across sites including HVAC and lighting.
• Perform advanced diagnostics and resolve alarms per protocols.
• Generate alarm, energy, and fault reports for review.
• Apply analytics to identify efficiency improvements and trends.
• Ensure safety, environmental and regulatory compliance.
• Serve as first response for BMS emergencies and escalations.
