JLL seeks an experienced Regional Operational Technology (OT) Manager to lead OT and cyber security initiatives for a global Financial Services client in the Americas/ LATAM or APAC. You will drive the TOM, manage OT networks, and ensure regulatory compliance across regional facilities.

The role combines strategic regional leadership with hands-on technical execution, overseeing BMS/SCADA/DCIM, IEC 62443, NIST frameworks, and security controls while coordinating with Global Director and regional

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 8-10+ years of experience in OT environments with cyber security expertise.
• Proven background in BMS/SCADA/DCIM with OT security and risk management across countries/markets.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement regional OT TOM alignment with global strategies.
• Lead OT networks lifecycle, standards, and security across regional facilities.
• Ensure OT security controls for BMS/SCADA/DCIM/EPMS and compliance with IEC 62443, NIST CSF, and other standards.
• Monitor KPIs, report to Global Director, and coordinate with regional stakeholders.
• Deliver OT security training and capability development for regional teams.
