Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. seeks a Smart Building and OT Manager to lead the technology delivery for client facilities. You will oversee BMS, OT networks, and IoT devices, driving data-led decisions for maintenance, energy, and capital spend.

You will manage the MSP delivering OT services, ensure cyber security alignment, and coordinate with enterprise systems to enable seamless reporting and optimization across North American sites.

Qualifications

• Experience managing smart buildings or OT networks.
• Knowledge of OT security standards (IEC 62443, ISO 27001).
• Ability to lead MSPs and vendors for facility tech.

Responsibilities

• Own OT network strategy and governance for client sites.
• Lead uptime and SLA compliance with MSP partners.
• Administer smart building data platforms and integrations with CMMS/enterprise apps.
