Job summary
Nexii seeks an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth by building partnerships across the construction and building materials industry. You will lead expansion of our customer base and revenue by engaging Fortune 500 companies, major developers, and leading construction firms.
The role requires strong business acumen, exceptional relationship management, and a track record of closing strategic deals.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in business development within construction/building materials.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and procurement.
- Familiar with LEED and sustainable building frameworks.
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth and hit targets.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Experience closing large deals with Fortune 500s and developers.
Responsibilities
- Develop strategic BD plans targeting large commercial clients and Fortune 500.
- Build executive relationships with senior decision-makers.
- Pursue and secure new business opportunities and major contracts.
- Lead negotiations and establish national account agreements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for delivery excellence.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to team members.
