Job summary

Nexii, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Project Delivery Manager to oversee the end-to-end execution of construction projects.

You will coordinate with Business Development, Engineering, Drafting, Manufacturing, and Site Teams to ensure seamless delivery and adherence to budget, timeline, and quality standards. You will act as the main liaison with clients and consultants, translate requirements into actionable plans, and support proposals during the inquiry phase and contract development.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
PMP Certification or Diploma.
10–15 years of experience in construction project management or related fields.
Experience overseeing field construction activities and coordinating site teams.

Responsibilities

Lead estimates to support development of proposals and sales initiatives.
Oversee project execution including scheduling, budgets, and team resource plans.
Monitor project performance metrics and report to leadership and clients.
Ensure project setup and document management per Nexii standards.
Act as liaison between internal teams, clients and external partners.
Manage construction risks related to design coordination, permits, procurement, manufacturing, site execution, and schedules.
