Associated Metal Forming Technologies (AMFT) is seeking a Business Development Manager to expand our customer base in Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky. This role is remote within the territory with 50-70% travel, driving new business while expanding existing relationships and representing AMFT's precision springs, stampings, and engineered components.

You will work with engineering, operations, and customer service to deliver profitable growth, manage the full sales cycle, and achieve

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3–5 years in business development, sales, or account management in manufacturing.
• Proven track record of winning new business and handling complex sales cycles.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel 50–70% within the territory.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, prospect, and secure new customer opportunities within Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky.
• Build territory growth plans and target key accounts.
• Manage full sales cycle from lead to award and launch.
