Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3–5 years in business development, sales, or account management in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Proven success generating and winning new business.
• Experience managing complex customer relationships and sales cycles.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using Salesforce CRM.
• Ability to travel approximately 50–70% within the assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and secure new customer opportunities within Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky.
• Develop territory growth plans and target industries.
• Build relationships with OEMs, Tier suppliers, distributors, and key decision-makers.
• Manage the full sales process from lead generation through quote, negotiation, award, and launch.
• Conduct customer visits, presentations, and technical discussions.
• Represent AMFT at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
• Expand existing customer relationships with additional AMFT capabilities.
