You will develop product knowledge, manage accounts, build relationships with healthcare professionals, and execute strategic sales plans while adhering to industry guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of pharmaceutical or B2B sales experience.
• Eye care experience preferred.
• Previous virtual/contact center sales experience required.
• Strong technical acumen and quick rapport-building ability.
• Positive attitude and adaptability; open to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of product and disease area for discussions with medical professionals.
• Coordinate account management activities and support customer education
• Build and maintain productive relationships with customers.
• Manage daily sales call activity to hit sales objectives.
• Ensure data entry accuracy and timely reporting per client policies.
• Demonstrate knowledge of client products and communicate clearly with audiences.
