Job summary

Celito Tech, Inc. is seeking a Director of Finance Systems and Supply Chain to lead the integration of finance, procurement, and supply chain systems for biotechnology clients. You will drive discovery, define roadmaps, and oversee consulting teams delivering NetSuite, Coupa, and related applications.

You will advise CFOs and supply chain leaders, own engagements from discovery to delivery, and ensure profitable outcomes with strong executive relationships across client organizations.

Qualifications

• Typically 10+ years in ERP, enterprise applications, or operations consulting for biotech clients.
• Proven track record winning, scoping, and leading services engagements.
• Experience with both clinical-stage and commercial biotech operating models.
• Strong knowledge of NetSuite finance, procurement, inventory, and integrations; Coupa experience.
• Ability to connect operational decisions to cash and financial reporting.
• Experience directing multidisciplinary teams and managing executive relationships.
• Understanding of IT SOX and GxP considerations.

Responsibilities

• Lead business discovery and executive presentations.
• Own opportunity qualification, proposals, statements of work, pricing, negotiations, and closure in partnership with Celito's sales and delivery leaders.
• Shape implementations, integrations, optimization projects, and managed services.
• Define process ownership, system boundaries, data flows, controls, and dependencies with functional and technical specialists.
• Direct delivery teams and project managers; review solution decisions, monitor milestones and margins, manage changes and escalations.
• Own ongoing account plans, business reviews, renewals, and expansion; build repeatable offerings and develop partner relationships.
