You will coordinate with leadership, management, and external vendors while managing both local and remote resources. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 7+ years in biotech/pharma or related field.
• 3+ years managing technical resources and leading cross-functional teams.
• Experience enabling Sales and Medical teams with CRM/Marketing Automation and tech solutions.
• Experience with Salesforce, Veeva Suite, and SharePoint required.
• Experience designing mobile apps and cloud apps.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain technology solutions across Commercial, Medical Affairs, and G&A functions.
• Collaborate with leadership, management, users, and external vendors to ensure timely delivery.
• Oversee scope, requirements, prioritization, and operations of tech solutions.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and unmet needs in regulated environments.
• Translate client needs into actionable tech strategies for development teams.
• Lead design and implementation of platforms supporting clinical trials, regulatory compliance, and data governance.
• Coordinate system changes and ensure SDLC best practices in biotech contexts.
• Support medical information management, field operations, and scientific communication systems.
• Develop data-driven tools like CRM dashboards to inform clinical development and commercialization decisions.
• Guide clients through commercialization readiness with robust marketing and sales tech.
