Job summary

Tiger BioSciences seeks an hands-on Manager, NetSuite Engineering to partner with the Senior Director, ERP Center of Excellence on large NetSuite projects. You will provide architecture and configuration expertise for life sciences manufacturing in a regulated environment, focusing on WIP, routing, inventory, and standard cost accounting.

You will lead discovery, design, configuration, testing, training, and deployment of NetSuite cloud solutions, coordinating with on-site staff in San Antonio

Qualifications

• Hands-on NetSuite experience with solution architecture, configuration, and at least two full lifecycle implementations.
• Experience delivering NetSuite in a regulated environment (medical device, life sciences, pharmaceuticals) including CSV and FDA 21 CFR Part 11.
• Strong knowledge of NetSuite WIP and Routing manufacturing, including work orders, operations, completions, backflush, and close.
• Proven ability to translate complex manufacturing, inventory, and accounting needs into practical NetSuite solutions.
• Experience in governance, change control, and documentation to support SOX/compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery with Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Sales, and Operations to capture current processes and requirements.
• Translate business needs into NetSuite architecture and future-state designs prioritizing standard functionality.
• Design WIP and Routing solutions covering BOMs, work centers, operations, and cycles.
• Develop and validate inventory and standard costing designs including lot/serial tracking and cost rollups.
• Create data models, integration requirements, and collaborate with technical teams on system impacts.
• Coordinate NetSuite integrations with third-party systems (Siemens OpCenter, CRM, EDI).
• Configure NetSuite manufacturing, inventory, and financials per approved designs; support scripts and sandbox environments.
• Manage testing (unit, system, UAT) including WIP balances and GL reconciliation.
• Ensure validation deliverables (requirements, risk assessments, test scripts, traceability) are completed and approved.
• Coordinate data cleansing, mapping, migration, and reconciliation for new deployments.
