Job summary

Trading Technologies in Chicago is seeking a Principal Finance Systems Administrator to own NetSuite and Coupa, and to lead end-to-end financial integrations. You will ensure seamless data flow across banking portals and procurement systems in a scalable enterprise setup.

This hands-on leader will optimize automation, support month-end processes, and collaborate closely with accounting, FP&A, and IT to align technical solutions with business goals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in financial system administration with NetSuite and Coupa.
• Proven API/EDI/SFTP integrations across ERP and procurement stacks.
• Experience with SuiteScript, JavaScript, and SQL for data analysis.
• Strong understanding of procure‑to‑pay, order‑to‑cash, revenue recognition.

Responsibilities

• Architect NetSuite and Coupa admin and upgrades.
• Own and monitor end-to-end financial integrations (EDI/API/SFTP).
• Triage complex data issues and coordinate with IT/vendors.
• Ensure SOX ITGC and data privacy compliance.
• Partner with accounting, FP&A, procurement, and sales ops.
• Maintain automation scripts (SuiteScript, Python, JavaScript) and MuleSoft.
• Document runbooks and SOPs for transparency.
