Job summary

SCIENION USA, part of the BICO group, seeks a dynamic Sales Representative to expand market presence for ultra-low volume dispensing solutions across the Northeast and Midwest, with occasional travel to our Berlin headquarters.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of biotech or diagnostics sales, a degree in Biotechnology or Life Sciences, excellent communication and presentation skills, CRM proficiency, and the ability to travel up to 80%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
• 3–5 years in marketing, sales, or applications within Biotech or diagnostics.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% and travel to regions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets.
• Identify new business opportunities in diagnostics and single cell sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with laboratories, research institutions, industry and healthcare facilities.
• Deliver product presentations and provide customer support.
• Maintain CRM records and provide sales forecasts.
