Tempus AI is seeking a Data & AI Partnerships Associate to cultivate biotech leads and support research, clinical and commercial programs. The Associate will work with the business development team to drive awareness and leverage Tempus products/services in data, testing and patient recruitment support.

You will join a collaborative inside sales team, aim to hit monthly goals, and coordinate with BD, Translational, Operations to ensure alignment and success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years inside sales experience, healthcare preferred.
• Ability to connect client needs with Tempus capabilities.
• Comfortable engaging with executives (CEO/COO/CFO).
• Strong time management and deadline prioritization.
• Excellent negotiation and customer service skills.
• Proven sales planning and account management abilities.
• Strong listening, problem solving and written/oral communication.

Responsabilités

• Drive expansion opportunities with biotech and Big Pharma leads.
• Structure strategic plans for gaining new clients.
• Craft customized outreach per persona.
• Maximize qualifying sales opportunities and hit monthly goals.
• Coordinate with BD, GM, Directors, and VP for goal attainment.
• Develop partnering opportunities between BioTech clients and Tempus.
