Responsibilities

• Support commercial operations leadership in executing launch readiness activities, workplans, timelines, and cross-functional deliverables.
• Coordinate commercial operations workstreams: field ops, CRM support, data management, reporting, incentive tracking, targeting, call planning, vendor readiness.
• Support MLR initiatives, streamline workflows, ensure materials are quality checked.
• Maintain dashboards, trackers, KPIs, scorecards, and business review materials for visibility into performance, risks, opportunities.
• Support CRM and related systems with user coordination, data quality checks, issue tracking, training logistics, adoption support.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Patient Services, Medical Affairs, Finance, IT, Legal, Compliance, and external vendors to execute priorities.
• Assist with territory alignment logistics, targeting files, field reporting, call planning support, account lists, and documentation.
• Support incentive compensation operations: data collection, tracking, reporting, quality checks, and coordination with Sales Leadership, Finance, and Compliance.
• Support vendor onboarding, PO tracking, invoice coordination, budget trackers, contract routing, scheduling, and vendor performance documentation.
• Coordinate cross-functional launch readiness meetings: agendas, notes, action items, timelines, follow-ups.
• Identify opportunities to improve commercial operations processes, documentation, data quality, and ways of working.
• Ensure activities comply with policies, legal and compliance requirements, and industry standards.
