Zusammenfassung

Rezolute is seeking a Director, Product Launch Program Management to own the integrated launch plan across indications and markets in the U.S. and priority ex-U.S. regions. You will coordinate commercial, regulatory, medical, supply, and quality functions to ensure readiness and successful execution.

This role, based remotely in the United States, supports the Launch Lead and PMO, oversees a growing team, and drives governance, risk management, and dashboard reporting to executives.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years in a similar role with broad program management responsibility for a biotech therapeutic; rare disease preferred.
• Familiarity with ex-U.S. Named Patient Programs, Expanded Access Programs, and ex-U.S. distribution.
• Proficiency with Smartsheet, MS Project, or equivalent tools; PMP or related certification a plus.

Aufgaben

• Own and manage the integrated launch plan by indication and market, including scope, tasks, owners, timelines, critical path, and dependencies.
• Consolidate inputs from Commercial, Market Access, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Clinical, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, and Legal.
• Coordinate Launch Readiness Reviews (LRR) and day-of-approval launch execution plans; capture lessons learned.
