This remote-based position in the United States requires strategic and operational HR expertise, strong communication, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels while supporting global HR programs and cross-functional teams.

• Provide guidance on employee relations, investigations, and risk mitigation while ensuring compliance.
• Design and deliver leadership development initiatives and team effectiveness programs.
• Serve as primary HR partner for European employees, aligning with global HR standards.
• Lead core HR programs including performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning.
• Work with commercial leadership to ensure people, capabilities, and processes support business plans.
