Job summary

NEVEON Executive Committee in Monroe, NC is seeking a Bioscience Account Manager to grow the life sciences customer base across distribution partners and direct accounts in the U.S. You will identify opportunities, manage bids, and drive adoption of Miller Heiman or similar sales strategies.

Qualifications

• College degree in Life Sciences or Business preferred.
• 3-5+ years of successful sales experience in Life Sciences/Pharma/Biotech.
• Proficient in distribution channel management.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record in past five years.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new customer opportunities to drive growth.
• Manage buying processes within strategic accounts to favor products.
• Accelerate closure rates for opportunities and achieve sales targets.
• Develop and maintain a Territory Sales Business Plan.
• Manage CRM database and forecast territory performance.
• Negotiate pricing and contracts with customers.
• Develop account strategies based on value propositions.
