Avantor is seeking a Biopharma Production Systems Specialist (BPSS) to support customers across the greater Boston/New England region and Canada. The role involves technical sales support, consultative selling, and business development for Biopharma Production hardware platforms and consumables.

The candidate will travel ~50% and collaborate with the regional Biopharma Production team to implement territory and account-based strategies, driving growth and achieving objectives.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Engineering or life sciences; Master’s preferred
• Minimum 5 years in biopharma manufacturing or supplying technical products
• Minimum 1 year in a Sales role; valid driver’s license; willing to travel ~50%

• Manage pipeline and opportunities using CRM and BI tools
• Lead demonstrations and price negotiations to close deals
