Job summary

Watson-Marlow Fluid Technology Solutions, part of Spirax Group, is seeking a Biopharm Sales Engineer to support TX, LA and OK from a remote-based position. You will combine engineering insight with frontline sales to identify customer needs and apply WMFTS products to improve processes.

The role requires a BS in life science or engineering, proven Biopharma sales experience, strong communication, and willingness to travel about 50% within the territory.

Qualifications

• BS degree in life science/engineering and related field required.
• Previous sales experience in the life science industry with proven track record is also necessary.
• Experience in Biopharma/life science is a must.
• Travel: 50% within the territory and occasional overnight travel necessary.

Responsibilities

• Identify current and future customer requirements by establishing relationships with prospects, customers and other influencers.
• Proactively communicate the value proposition of WMFTS products to Biopharmaceutical markets.
• Manage the full sales process from lead generation through close.
• Collaborate with District Sales Manager to set targets and develop sales strategies.
• Maintain CRM records and follow up on all leads.
