Watson-Marlow Fluid Technology Solutions, part of the Spirax Group, seeks an OEM Biopharma Eastern District Sales Manager to lead sales initiatives in the fluid processing space. Remote role focusing on the New England and Atlantic states, with responsibility for building a high-performance district sales team and driving revenue growth.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in Biopharma OEM sales, plus strong leadership, negotiation, and CRM proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years in Biopharma OEM sales with district or regional team management.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software and sales forecasting tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies for WM products in fluid processing industries.
• Lead outside sales reps, channel partners, or OEM customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and deliver solutions.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Ensure team has deep product/industry knowledge for effective presentations.
• Prepare forecasts and reports; present results to management.
• Negotiate major contracts and drive long-term customer satisfaction.
• Ensure sales processes comply with industry standards and improve efficiency.
