Job summary

Amplity is seeking a Business Development Specialist for remote engagement to engage Health Care Professionals by phone, promote client products and drive platform participation.

The role requires 2+ years in sales or business experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and flexibility across time zones. You will collaborate with client field teams, maintain product knowledge, and help achieve KPIs while providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution required.
• A minimum of 2+ years of relevant business or sales experience.
• Flexibility to cover multiple time zones.
• Ability to travel to office sites if needed.
• Willingness to cover all time zones if needed.
• Successfully pass all required Amplity and client training.

Responsibilities

• Engage Health Care Professionals in telephone conversations to promote client products and maximize platform participation.
• Develop and maintain relationships with HCPs, educating them about product features, benefits and indications.
• Collaborate with client field teams and management to meet program objectives.
• Maintain knowledge of client products, programs and platforms.
• Prepare reports for management and ensure data entry in CRM systems.
• Meet quarterly KPIs and support cross-functional teams as needed.
