You will develop execution plans, collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and owners, and advance VDC methods to optimize planning and sequencing. Qualifications

• Progressive experience leading BIM VDC efforts within the construction industry.
• Electrical construction experience preferred.
• Certifications in BIM VDC-related technologies are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead the development, execution, and maintenance of BIM processes and methodologies on projects.
• Develop and manage detailed 3D BIM models and perform clash detection.
• Facilitate coordination among project stakeholders using digital collaboration platforms.
• Apply VDC methodologies to improve planning, scheduling, and cost estimation.
• Provide guidance and training on BIM and VDC best practices.
• Other duties as assigned.
