Job summary

Bowman is seeking a Design Technology Administrator III, BIM to join our team remotely. This role provides administration, maintenance, training, and support for design technology tools to ensure efficient project delivery across mechanical and electrical BIM workflows.

You will lead development of MEP Revit standards, automate tools, mentor engineers, and coordinate with project teams to meet BEPs and quality requirements. A civil/IT background and 5+ years in design software is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of industry experience in design technology/BIM workflows.

Responsibilities

• Provide administration, maintenance, training, and support for design technology-related tools.
• Lead development and implementation of MEP-specific Revit standards and automation tools.
• Collaborate with engineering leadership to identify workflow automation opportunities and model intelligence.
• Mentor engineers and designers on BIM processes and best practices.
• Review BIM models for BEP and quality compliance.
• Support digital delivery initiatives and BIM standards across projects.
