Job summary

DLB Associates is seeking a BIM Manager to support our MEP Engineers across projects spanning mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection. You will create and update Revit models, manage BIM 360/ACC hubs, and lead production teams on complex drawings.

This role requires seven years of Revit experience, Navisworks skills, and strong coordination with PMs and engineers. Remote work from anywhere in the United States is supported, with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Seven years of experience producing construction documents using Revit for an MEP Engineering Firm.
• Proficient with Revit and BIM 360/ACC and Navisworks for project coordination.
• Strong coordination with PMs, Engineers, and production teams; remote work capability.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage Revit models and BIM 360 / ACC Hubs.
• Create and maintain project-specific template sheets.
• Develop advanced Revit families based on project needs.
• Establish project phases, worksets, and design options.
• Enforce DLB BIM standards and model health protocols.
• Coordinate with PMs, Engineers, Coordinators, and Trade Leads.
• Set up initial Navisworks File with Navisworks Template or ACC Model Collaboration.
• Fix visibility and graphic issues; manage view templates and tags.
• Serve as BIM Helpdesk; train team on Revit tools; mentor power users.
• Production of Revit documents; ensure quality control and timely submission.
