Job summary

DLB Associates is seeking a BIM Coordinator to support the MEP engineers and coordinate across groups on mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection projects. The role involves managing BIM technologies, processes, and staff training to enhance design and production efficiency.

You will work remotely from anywhere in the United States near a major airport, with up to 5% domestic travel. Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is required, along with a degree in engineering or related field.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering, construction or related discipline.
• Minimum of three years producing construction documents with Revit and AutoCAD.
• Ability to work in a remote, team-based environment.
• Experience with BIM standards and project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Train staff and develop BIM standards and templates.
• Coordinate Revit workflows between project managers and production staff.
• Produce and model Revit documents for projects.
• Prepare project progress reports and manage hours.
• Assist with BIM project setup and issue resolution.
