Job summary

Atlantic Constructors, Inc. is seeking a BIM Coordinator to manage and coordinate BIM models across construction projects. You will set up Navisworks, CAD, Revit, and Procore drawing models, lead internal and external coordination, and ensure smooth BIM workflows for project teams.

The role requires proficiency in Navisworks, AutoCAD, Revit, and Solidworks, with 3+ years in a mechanical contractor environment. Some remote work flexibility is available depending on location.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a mechanical contractor environment or equivalent
• Proficient in Navisworks, AutoCAD, Revit, Solidworks or comparable software
• Able to learn and grow in a team environment
• Creative and innovative problem solving skills
• Excellent documentation, communication, and presentation skills
• Able to multi-task with minimal supervision and follow instructions

Responsibilities

• Set up CAD & Revit drawing models for production
• Generate Navisworks models for coordination
• Run clash detection in Navisworks for coordination
• Lead coordination meetings internally & externally
• Act as BIM liaison to customer
• Oversee light modeling of parts or equipment not available from manufacturers
• Manage Revit models and Procore models and coordination issues
