Placements24 is seeking a BIM Coordinator to lead BIM standards, workflows, and data management across international construction projects. The role focuses on model coordination, clash detection, and collaboration with consultants and contractors in a fully remote setup.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience with Revit, Navisworks, and ISO 19650, and can train teams while maintaining high data integrity and project schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage BIM standards, workflows, and protocols for various construction projects.
• Coordinate and manage BIM models from consultants and contractors, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Conduct clash detection and resolution using Navisworks or similar software.
• Facilitate BIM review meetings with project stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress.
• Provide technical support and training to project teams on BIM software and processes.
• Generate reports on model quality, progress, and clash detection results.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure effective BIM integration.
• Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies and industry best practices.
• Manage the BIM execution plan and ensure compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
