Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a skilled Remote BIM Coordinator to join a globally distributed team. You will develop and manage BIM processes, coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP models, and support clash detection to ensure project success.

The role requires deep BIM software expertise, excellent remote communication, and the ability to work across high-profile construction projects from anywhere. A strong preference for Revit/Navisworks proficiency is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM coordination on complex construction projects.
• Strong understanding of BIM standards (ISO 19650) and best practices.
• Excellent communication and ability to collaborate remotely.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement BIM execution plans and standards.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary BIM models (architectural, structural, MEP).
• Perform clash detection and resolution using Navisworks or similar tools.
• Ensure BIM data accuracy, consistency and quality.
• Collaborate with design teams, contractors, and project managers to resolve BIM issues.
• Assist in 4D scheduling and 5D cost estimations based on BIM models.
• Provide BIM software training and support to project teams.
• Maintain BIM libraries and templates.
• Stay updated with BIM and digital construction trends.
