Job summary

CBRE DIRECTLINE, a CBRE Data Center Solutions business, seeks a BIM Analyst / VDC Associate to support mission-critical data center projects. You will develop Revit models, coordinate with engineering, design, and field teams, and deliver construction-ready documentation using ACC, Navisworks, and Revit.

This remote role offers 20-40% travel, collaboration with multiple disciplines, and a chance to advance BIM delivery across complex facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, civil engineering, construction management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in VDC, BIM coordination, or construction project delivery.
• Internship or co-op experience in a construction, architecture, or engineering environment is a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.
• Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)/BIM 360, Bluebeam Revu, or similar platforms preferred.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and construction documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and coordinate BIM models using Autodesk Revit for electrical systems, including conduit and cable tray layouts.
• Create and manage project views, sheets, schedules, filters, worksets, and custom Revit families.
• Interpret architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical docs and translate into coordinated BIM models.
• Produce detailed LOD 350-450 models to support construction coordination and planning.
• Generate shop drawings and installation documentation from BIM models.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and resolve design/constructability issues.
• Perform clash detection and model coordination using Navisworks.
