Job summary

CBRE is seeking a BIM Analyst / VDC Associate to support mission-critical data center projects. You will develop, coordinate, and maintain Revit models, manage views, sheets and families, and perform clash detection with Navisworks to ensure design intent translates into constructible drawings.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in VDC/BIM, strong Revit/Navisworks skills, and experience with ACC/BIM 360. This remote role includes 20-40% travel and data center coordination responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, civil engineering, construction management or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in VDC, BIM coordination, or construction project delivery.
• Internship or co-op experience in construction/architecture/engineering environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and coordinate BIM models using Autodesk Revit for electrical systems, including conduit and equipment layouts.
• Create and manage project views, sheets, schedules, filters, worksets, view templates, and custom Revit families.
• Interpret architectural, structural, MEP documents and convert design into coordinated BIM models.
• Produce LOD 350-450 models to support construction coordination and planning.
• Generate shop drawings and installation documentation from BIM models.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and resolve constructability issues.
• Perform clash detection and model coordination using Navisworks and track issue resolution.
• Utilize ACC for model sharing, document management, and coordination workflows.
