Job summary

CBRE Directline seeks a BIM Analyst / VDC Associate to support mission-critical data center projects through BIM, electrical coordination, and construction documentation. You will develop and maintain high-quality Revit models, support coordination with engineering, VDC, and construction teams, and ensure design intent translates into construction-ready models.

The role uses Revit, Navisworks, and ACC to improve coordination, reduce field conflicts, and enable efficient project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Minimum 2 years in VDC, BIM coordination, or project delivery
• Advanced proficiency in Revit and Navisworks
• Experience with ACC/BIM 360 and Bluebeam Revu preferred
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and construction docs
• Experience creating LOD 350-450 models and shop drawings

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and coordinate BIM models using Revit for electrical systems and layouts
• Create and manage project views, sheets, schedules, filters, worksets and templates
• Interpret architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical docs into coordinated BIM models
• Produce LOD 350-450 models to support coordination and installation planning
• Generate shop drawings and installation documentation from BIM models
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and resolve design/constructability issues
• Perform clash detection and model coordination using Navisworks
• Use ACC for model sharing, document management and workflows
• Support quantity takeoffs and cable scheduling
• Maintain BIM standards and quality control procedures
• Identify constructability concerns before installation
• Collaborate across engineering, PM, VDC and field teams
