CBRE DirectLine, a CBRE Data Center Solutions business, seeks a BIM Analyst / VDC Associate to support mission-critical data center projects through BIM modeling, clash detection, and coordination across engineering, VDC, and construction teams.

You will develop Revit models, perform coordination using Navisworks, and leverage ACC to ensure design intent is accurately translated into constructible BIM models. 2+ years of VDC experience preferred.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in VDC, BIM coordination, or construction project delivery.
• Experience with Revit and Navisworks to coordinate MEP and electrical systems.

Mansioni

• Develop, maintain, and coordinate BIM models using Autodesk Revit for electrical systems and layouts.
• Create and manage project views, sheets, schedules, filters, worksets, and Revit families.
• Interpret architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical docs to create coordinated BIM models.
• Produce LOD 350-450 models for coordination and execution on data center projects.
• Generate shop drawings and installation documentation from BIM models.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings to resolve constructability issues.
• Utilize ACC for model sharing and document management.
• Support quantity takeoffs and cable schedules, coordinate with engineering and field teams.
