CBRE DirectLine seeks a BIM Analyst / VDC Associate to support mission-critical data center projects with detailed BIM, electrical coordination, and construction documentation. You will develop Revit models, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, perform clash detection, and ensure design intent translates into construction-ready models using Revit, Navisworks, and ACC.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, civil engineering, construction management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of VDC, BIM coordination, or construction project delivery experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.
• Experience with ACC/BIM 360, Bluebeam Revu, or similar platforms preferred.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and construction documentation.
• Experience creating LOD 350-450 models and shop drawings.

• Develop, maintain, and coordinate BIM models using Revit for electrical systems and layouts.
• Create and manage project views, sheets, schedules, and families.
• Interpret multi-discipline drawings and convert design info into coordinated BIM models.
• Produce LOD 350-450 models to support coordination and installation planning.
