CBRE DirectLine, a CBRE Data Center Solutions business, is seeking a BIM Analyst / VDC Associate for a remote role with 20–40% travel. You will develop Revit models, coordinate disciplines, perform clash checks, and support construction documentation using ACC, Navisworks, and BIM workflows.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2+ years of VDC/BIM experience with Revit and Navisworks, plus knowledge of ACC/BIM 360.

Competenze

• 2+ years in VDC, BIM coordination, or construction project delivery.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit and Navisworks.
• Experience with ACC/BIM 360 and BIM coordination workflows.
• Ability to interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Experience creating LOD 350-450 models and shop drawings.

Mansioni

• Develop and coordinate BIM models using Revit for electrical systems and equipment layouts.
• Create project views, sheets, schedules, and family components as required.
• Interpret drawings and convert design information into coordinated BIM models.
• Produce LOD 350-450 models for construction coordination and planning.
• Generate shop drawings and installation documentation from BIM models.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and resolve design issues.
• Perform clash detection and model coordination using Navisworks.
• Use ACC for model sharing, document management, and collaboration workflows.
• Support quantity takeoffs and model-based material quantification.
• Develop and coordinate cable schedules and BIM standards.
