Qualifications

• Associate degree and 7+ years of legal billing experience
• Experience in a fast-paced law firm billing environment
• Supervisory experience coordinating staff and workloads
• Proficiency with Elite 3E and e-billing platforms
• Strong MS Word/Excel/Outlook and data entry skills
• Ability to learn new billing software quickly

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and supervise Billing Coordinators and prioritize work
• Coach staff, provide feedback, and conduct reviews
• Lead regular team meetings and communicate updates
• Monitor schedules, attendance, overtime, and timecards
• Resolve billing issues with attorneys, staff and clients
• Support billing operations and process improvements
• Track invoices and ensure deadlines; assist audits
• Apply internal controls and accurate billing standards
• Collaborate across functions with professionals
