Ideal candidates have 3+ years in customer-facing roles in tech support or medical billing, with a strong analytical mindset, proactive attitude, and proficiency in MS Excel. Healthcare billing background, especially physical therapy, is preferred. Remote/hybrid work options available.

Responsibilities
