Revecore is hiring remotely to manage accident-related accounts for hospital clients, with a base pay of $15 per hour plus an incentive plan. The role involves high-volume calls, independent work, and strong emphasis on accuracy.

Requirements include at least one year in a professional office environment and knowledge of health/auto insurance or medical billing, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn AcciClaim and SharePoint.

Qualificações

• At least one year of experience in a professional office environment.
• Experience in health insurance, auto insurance, or medical billing preferred.
• Knowledge of coordination of benefits or subrogation a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort working across multiple screens, with the ability to learn AcciClaim and SharePoint.

Responsabilidades

• Take full ownership of their caseload and follow each account through to resolution.
• Communicate professionally and effectively with patients, adjusters, and attorneys.
• Work independently, set priorities, and manage their time with minimal supervision.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Address issues proactively and follow up consistently.
