Job summary

Revecore, a trusted leader in hospital revenue recovery, offers a remote role paying $15/hr plus an incentive plan. You will manage accident-related accounts from intake to resolution, coordinate no-fault and liability benefits, and maximize reimbursements for hospital clients.

The position involves a high volume of inbound/outbound calls, maintaining accuracy, and working from a private home with a reliable internet connection. Employment requires eligibility to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in a professional office environment.
• Experience in health insurance, auto insurance, or medical billing.
• Knowledge of coordination of benefits or subrogation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort working across multiple screens, with the ability to learn AcciClaim and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of their caseload and follow each account through to resolution.
• Communicate professionally and effectively with patients, adjusters, and attorneys.
• Work independently, set priorities, and manage their time with minimal supervision.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Address issues proactively and follow up consistently.
