Job summary

Revecore is seeking a claims analyst to manage accident-related accounts from intake to resolution in a remote setting. You will coordinate no-fault and liability benefits, pursue maximum reimbursement for hospital clients, and maintain accurate account records using AcciClaim and SharePoint while handling a high volume of calls.

Experience in health or auto insurance or medical billing is preferred; strong communication and multitasking across screens are essential in our collaborative, remote

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in a professional office environment
• Experience in health insurance, auto insurance, or medical billing preferred
• Knowledge of coordination of benefits or subrogation a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; comfortable with multiple screens; able to learn AcciClaim and SharePoint

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of caseload and follow each account through to resolution
• Communicate professionally with patients, adjusters, and attorneys
• Work independently, set priorities, and manage time with minimal supervision
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Address issues proactively and follow up consistently
