Job summary

Revecore is hiring to manage accident-related accounts from intake to resolution, coordinating no-fault and liability benefits and maximizing reimbursement for hospital clients. The role features a remote work arrangement with a base pay of $15 per hour plus an incentive plan.

Responsibilities include owning caseloads, communicating with patients, adjusters, and attorneys, and maintaining accurate records in AcciClaim and SharePoint. A background in health or auto insurance is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in a professional office environment (required).
• Experience in health insurance, auto insurance, or medical billing (preferred).
• Knowledge of coordination of benefits or subrogation (a plus).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort working across multiple screens; ability to learn AcciClaim and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of their caseload and follow each account through to resolution.
• Communicate professionally with patients, adjusters, and attorneys.
• Work independently, set priorities, and manage time with minimal supervision.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Address issues proactively and follow up consistently.
• Manage accident-related accounts from intake to resolution; maximize reimbursement for hospital clients.
